ESG Charter

Stakeholder Engagement
MeetKai Brasil is committed to engaging with all its stakeholders, including clients, employees, partners, and community members. We will conduct materiality assessments on a biennial basis to identify and prioritize the most significant ESG topics for each stakeholder group. The outcomes of these assessments will be published in our annual ESG impact report, alongside the corresponding actions we have taken to address the identified material issues.
Diversity & Inclusion
MeetKai Brasil is dedicated to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. We will maintain an equal representation of women and under-represented minorities across all levels of our organization, including in leadership positions. Additionally, we will implement targeted recruitment, retention, and career advancement initiatives to ensure that our workforce accurately reflects the diverse communities where we operate. Our D&I strategy will be reviewed annually, and progress will be reported in our ESG impact report.
Risk Management & Whistleblower Protections
MeetKai Brasil takes risk management and whistleblower protections seriously. We have a comprehensive enterprise risk management framework in place that covers ESG-related risks. Our whistleblowing channels are managed by an independent third party, ensuring the anonymity of all reports. All allegations will be promptly investigated, and appropriate actions will be taken to address any misconduct or non-compliance. Our whistleblower protection policy, which is communicated to all employees during onboarding and annually thereafter, prohibits retaliation against anyone who in good faith reports a violation or suspected violation of our code of conduct.
Reporting & Disclosure
MeetKai Brasil will enhance its ESG reporting by providing semi-annual updates on our progress against targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to our material ESG issues. These updates will be made available on our website, in both Portuguese and English languages, along with our annual ESG impact report. Our ESG Charter, which outlines our commitments and goals across all material ESG topics, will also be published on our website and shared with all stakeholders.
Integrity & Anti-Corruption
MeetKai Brasil is committed to upholding the highest standards of integrity and combating corruption and fraud in all our operations. Our Employee Handbook, which must be read and acknowledged by every employee, explicitly states this commitment. In addition, we require all employees to sign a separate, standalone Integrity and Anti-Fraud Policy as a mandatory condition of employment. We also maintain a whistleblower channel for reporting any suspected incidents of corruption or fraud, with assurances of anonymity and non-retaliation.
ESG Governance & Stakeholder Engagement
MeetKai Brasil is establishing cross-functional ESG governance structures immediately, including the implementation of comprehensive LGPD compliance programs specifically for AI systems. Our board of directors will have an equal number of insider directors and independent directors, with half of them being women and the other half from under-represented minorities. We will hold quarterly ESG reviews to evaluate progress towards targets and adjust our ESG strategy accordingly. MeetKai Brasil is committed to proactive regulatory engagement to influence emerging standards and will monitor our ESG analytics in real time using a cloud-based platform, with modules for PUE, water, carbon, stakeholder, and risk management.
Stakeholder Engagement & Community Involvement
MeetKai Brasil is committed to maintaining open lines of communication and constructive dialogue with all its stakeholders. We will establish single points of contact for each stakeholder group to facilitate regular conversations, gather feedback directly, and ensure timely updates on our progress, challenges, and decisions affecting them. Our stakeholder engagement strategy will be reviewed annually, and the outcomes will be reported in our ESG impact report. MeetKai Brasil also recognizes its role as a responsible corporate citizen. As part of our community engagement initiatives, we aim to develop a Brazilian tech hub and partner with leading universities to identify promising talent. We will also collaborate with local organizations to identify and support projects that address pressing social and environmental challenges in the communities where we operate.
